Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Artemis Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2.

PARTICULAR CONCERN OR SPECIAL WATCH LIST COUNTRIES.

Section 235 (b) (1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.

(1) by striking ``subparagraph

and inserting ``subparagraph

native or citizen of a country of concern or would be
removed to such a country. For the purposes of this
subparagraph, the term `country of concern' means a
country designated by the Secretary of State to be a
country of particular concern or is a special watch
list country under
