A BILL
To designate the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle, Washington, as the
``National Museum of Pop Culture''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``National Museum of Pop Culture
Act''.
SEC. 2.
WASHINGTON.
(a) Designation.--The Museum of Pop Culture located in Seattle,
Washington, is designated as the ``National Museum of Pop Culture''.
(b) Effect of Designation.--The National Museum of Pop Culture
designated by subsection
(a) is not a unit of the National Park System
and the designation shall not be construed to require or permit Federal
funds to be expended for any purpose related to the museum.
