to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``VA Employee Fairness Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
EMPLOYEES OF THE VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION.
(a) In General.--

Section 7422 of title 38, United States Code, is
amended--
(1) by striking subsections
