A BILL
To eliminate the inpatient-only service list.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Empowering Patient Choice of Medical
Care Act''.
SEC. 2.
Beginning January 1, 2026, the Secretary of Health and Human
Services may not refuse to designate an outpatient hospital service
pursuant to
