Mr. Moore of West Virginia (for himself and Mr. McDowell) introduced
the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight
and Government Reform

A BILL

To amend title 5, United States Code, to designate Easter Monday as a
legal public holiday.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Easter Monday Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Section 6103 (a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to Washington's Birthday the following: ``Easter Monday.
