A BILL
To continue Executive Order 14220 in effect indefinitely.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
Executive Order 14220, entitled ``Addressing the Threat to National
Security From Imports of Copper'' (90 Fed. Reg. 11001; February 25,
2025), and any action taken or regulation issued by any agency pursuant
to such Executive Order shall remain in effect.
