A BILL
To prohibit the use of any United States weapon, weapons system,
munition, aircraft, vessel, boat, or other implement of war against
Christian properties and Christian civilians in any foreign country.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Civilians Resisting Unlawful Strikes
Against Divine Establishments Act'' or ``CRUSADE Act''.
SEC. 2.
MUNITION, AIRCRAFT, VESSEL, BOAT, OR OTHER IMPLEMENT OF
WAR AGAINST ANY CHRISTIAN PROPERTIES AND CHRISTIAN
CIVILIANS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President shall
take such actions as may be necessary to ensure that any weapon,
weapons system, munition, aircraft, vessel, boat, or other implement of
war provided by the United States to any foreign country may not be
used against any of the following:
(1) Christian properties in any foreign country, including
churches or other religious buildings, sites, or monuments, and
real or personal property of any Christian persons.
(2) Christian civilians in any foreign country.

WAR AGAINST ANY CHRISTIAN PROPERTIES AND CHRISTIAN
CIVILIANS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President shall
take such actions as may be necessary to ensure that any weapon,
weapons system, munition, aircraft, vessel, boat, or other implement of
war provided by the United States to any foreign country may not be
used against any of the following:
(1) Christian properties in any foreign country, including
churches or other religious buildings, sites, or monuments, and
