Bishop, and Mr. Sorensen) introduced the following bill; which was
referred to the Committee on Agriculture

A BILL

To make grants to the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, the
Boy Scouts of America, the National 4H Council, and the National FFA
Organization to establish pilot projects to expand the programs carried
out by the organizations in rural areas and small towns, and for other
purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Youth Lead Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 410 (d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.
(d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and
Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7630
(d) ) is amended--

(1) by striking ``and'' at the end of paragraph

(1) ;

(2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph

(2) and
inserting ``; and''; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:
``

(3) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through
2030.''.
