A BILL
To prohibit special Government employees from holding contracts or
agreements with the Federal Government, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Eliminating Looting of Our Nation by
Mitigating Unethical State Kleptocracy Act of 2025'' or the ``ELON MUSK
Act''.
SEC. 2.
OR AGREEMENTS WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
(a) In General.--A special Government employee may not enter into
or benefit from any part of a contract or agreement with the Federal
Government.
(b) Termination of Existing Contracts.--Any contract or agreement
with the Federal Government held by a special Government employee on
the date of the enactment of this Act shall be terminated.
(c) === Definition. ===
-In this section, the term ``special Government
employee'' has the meaning given that term in
