following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and
Commerce

A BILL

To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize grants for
building communities of recovery.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Communities of Recovery
Reauthorization Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Section 547 (f) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.

(f) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ee-
2

(f) ) is amended by striking ``$5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019
through 2023'' and inserting ``$17,000,000 for each of fiscal years
2026 through 2030''.
