United States of America in Congress assembled,

A BILL
To provide for the imposition of sanctions with respect to the
importation of natural gas from Iran by the Government of Iraq.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``No Iranian Energy Act''.
SEC. 2.
It is the sense of Congress that the United States should target
Iran's emerging gas industry for the imposition of sanctions.
SEC. 3.
The Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 20212 is amended
as follows:
