A BILL
To repeal the restriction on the use of funds by the Internal Revenue
Service to bring transparency to the political activity of certain
nonprofit organizations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``End Dark Money Act''.
SEC. 2.
SERVICE TO BRING TRANSPARENCY TO POLITICAL ACTIVITY OF
CERTAIN NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
