To repeal the renewable fuel program of the Environmental Protection
Agency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Eliminating the RFS and Its
Destructive Outcomes Act''.
SEC. 2.
(a) Repeal.--
