Washington, Ms. Tlaib, Ms. Tokuda, Mr. Vargas, Ms. Velazquez, Mr. Davis
of Illinois, Ms. Garcia of Texas, Ms. Lofgren, Ms. Ansari, and Ms.
Clarke of New York) introduced the following bill; which was referred
to the Committee on the Judiciary

A BILL

To repeal the Alien Registration Act of 1940.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``No Round Up Act''.
SEC. 2.

(a) In General.--Chapter 7 of title II of the Immigration and
Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.) is amended--

(1) by repealing
section 262; (2) in

section 263-- (A) in subsection (a) -- (i) by striking ``the provisions of sections 261 and 262'' and inserting ``
