Mr. Magaziner introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Energy and Commerce

A BILL

To establish ``Golden Sea Bream'' as an acceptable market name for
Stenotomus chrysops.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

A food shall not be treated as misbranded, adulterated, or
otherwise in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21
U.S.C. 301 et seq.) because the food is labeled or marketed using the
name ``Golden Sea Bream'' for the species Stenotomus chrysops.
