Mr. Luttrell introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary

A BILL

To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit a report to
Congress on crimes committed by individuals granted parole under the
Immigration and Nationality Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.

This Act may be cited as the ``Criminal Illegal Alien Report Act''.
SEC. 2.
IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT.

Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act,
the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit to Congress a report on
number of individuals who are present in the United States pursuant to
a grant of parole under the Processes for Cubans, Haitians,
Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans or any other grant of parole under
section 212 (d) (5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.
(d) (5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182
(d) (5) )
who have committed crimes in the United States, including the
nationalities of such individuals, and any ties of such individuals to
terrorists and transnational criminal groups.
