A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Labor to modify the implementation of the
adverse effect wage rate for H-2A nonimmigrants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Supporting Farm Operations Act of
2025''.
SEC. 2.
NONIMMIGRANTS.
The Secretary of Labor shall ensure that the adverse effect wage
rate required to be paid under
