A BILL
To extend the right of appeal to the Merit Systems Protection Board to
certain employees of the United States Postal Service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Postal Employee Appeal Rights
Amendment Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2.
Section 1005
(a)
(4)
(A)
(ii)
(I) of title 39, United States Code, is
amended to read as follows:
``
(I) is an officer or employee of
the Postal Service who--

(aa) is not represented
by a bargaining representative
recognized under
