Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Fix FEDVIP Age Act''.
SEC. 2.
Section 8901
(5) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by
striking ``22'' each place it appears and inserting ``26''.
