A BILL
To provide that the special Government employee managing the Department
of Government Efficiency shall be liable for any claims against the
Federal Government related to Department activities, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Act may be cited as the ``Nobody Elected Elon Musk Act''.
SEC. 2.
DEPARTMENT OF GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY ACTIVITIES.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the special Government
employee (as that term is defined in
